Business is $119 a month: up to 10 websites, 15,000 messages a month shared, and priority email support. Prices are in US dollars.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
What happens at my monthly message limit?
The chat box stops answering and collects a phone number or email for you until next month, when it answers again. We email you at 80% and at 100%. There are no surprise overage charges.
Can someone run up my usage?
There are message limits per visitor, per IP address and per business, and the chat box only runs on domains you allow.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Switch plans or cancel anytime from your Billing page.
I'm outside the US. Can I use ChatBouncer?
Yes. It runs on any website, anywhere. Plans are priced and billed in US dollars; your card provider converts to your currency.
