How the chatbot learns your business

When you sign up, you give ChatBouncer your website address. It reads your public pages and pulls out the facts customers ask about: opening hours, prices, services, policies, contact details and FAQs. You check that info in your dashboard, fix anything, and add what's missing. That saved info is the only thing it answers from.

Because it doesn't search the internet to answer questions, it can't repeat rumors, a competitor's prices or out-of-date pages. When something changes, such as holiday hours or a new service, you update the info and the chatbot uses it straight away.

What makes it different from a generic chatbot

• Answers only from your info. No made-up discounts, invented policies or guessed prices.
• Hands off honestly. When it doesn't know, it says the owner will confirm, takes the customer's contact and emails you the question.
• Bounces junk. Prompt tricks ("ignore your instructions"), spam, off-topic requests and abuse are refused.
• Can't be run up. Message limits per visitor, per IP address and per business, and it only runs on domains you allow.
